Our neighborhood conveniently situated between the thriving cities of Marysville & Lake Stevens, Caleb’s Park is surrounded by award winning employers, close to shopping and outdoor recreation and enjoys the benefit of attending the highly rated Lake Stevens School District.

If you would like to make changes to your home or front yard, please submit an ACC Request form to ensure that you are in compliance. We want you to be happy in your home, while at the same time being mindful of your neighbors; along with the overall aesthetics and appearance of our community.

How to Pay Your HOA Dues
