The city/state contracts with Keystone Land, LLC for routine storm drain cleaning. They will be cleaning our neighborhoods drains next week, August 31st and September 1st. We’ve been asked to tell the community to not park within 5 feet on either side of the drains for access. If possible, please try not to park on the street those days. Additionally, pass this message along to your neighbors. Thanks!

The Board is requesting an urgent Board meeting on Saturday, June 5 at 10:30 a.m. via Zoom. We are hoping to fill vacant potions, review our budget and late payments, and make annual assessments to the rules and regulations set by the HOA last year. We will also answer any of your questions or concerns. We will be canvassing the neighborhood with fliers today. See you all there!

Due to the risk of fraudulent checks and the amount of time it takes to process these types of payments, the homeowners association is no longer accepting checks for HOA dues. Please pay online via PayPal, you do not need to sign-up or have a PayPal account for this option.

We have noticed a few lots putting up free or Goodwill items on side walks. All garage sales, placement of free or Goodwill items on sidewalks need to be approved by the board. We need to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the community.

We hosted our first meeting as a board on August 23, 2020. Thanks to all those homeowners who were able to attend. (If you would like to see a copy of our meeting minutes, please email us at CalebsParkHOA@gmail.com.)
We are realizing that not everyone is receiving our communications, so the board has agreed to do door-to-door communications. This will help us obtain email addresses, since paper communications tend to get lost. We have also set up a Facebook group in which you all will be invited too join.
Reminder, dogs must be kept on leash when outside of property lines to obliged by the Snohomish County Laws (Chapter 9.14, Dog on Leash).
Lastly, it has come to our attention that many of you have already added fences before the HOA board was established. Our note to you, is that all fences need to look the same in appearance. If you haven’t done so already, please get your fence, gate, etc. stained to match the rest of the property. Our goal is to keep our community looking beautiful.

We are excited to launch our brand new website! This will allow our homeowners to easily stay informed about the community.
Since taking ownership of the association, the board has decided that the first HOA payment will be due on January 15, 2021. All future HOA assessments will be due on the 15th of each month.
You can quickly pay your dues using our Online Payment. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly or yearly. There is a late fee of 15% for any unpaid Assessments which are delinquent for more than fifteen (15) days.
