Katie Pettit – President
Duties: The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Association. President shall preside at all meeting of the Association and the Board. They shall have all of the general powers and duties which are usually vested in the office of the president of nonprofit association, this usually includes calling meetings, signing contracts, making minor day-to-day decisions, and generally making sure the business of the association is running smoothly and efficiently.
Vacant – Vice President
Duties: A Vice President shall have all the powers and authority and perform all of the functions and duties of the President in the absence of the President or their inability for any reason to exercise such powers and functions or perform such duties.
Vacant – Treasurer
Duties: The Treasurer shall have responsibility for Association funds and shall be responsible for keeping full and accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursement in books belong to the Association. Deposit of all monies and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Association in such depositories as may from time to time be designated by the Board.
Ryan Masinelli – Director
Duties: Directors manage the affairs of the Association, Directors set the policies for carrying out the operations of the Association. Directors being voted in by the homeowners have a responsibility to act in the best interest of the Association and its “stakeholders” Lot Owners.
Vacant – Director
